it's a small cozy cabin that has 1 bdrm with a full-sized bed, a convertible sofa that can turn to another full bed and a cute loft with 2 mattresses for kids to enjoy themselves. (not recommended for kids under 10)
1 small bathroom with a stand in shower and all necessary toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap and soap bars).

you have the whole space for you to enjoy, the playground for the kids to play (monkey bars_ swing set- hammock-12ft trampoline) and the outdoor big deck under the huge shady pecan tree to enjoy your morning coffee ☕️ or afternoon lunch.

there's a good internet connection in place (info will be provided after checking in)

please remember to turn off the AC when you are out or otherwise, we will turn it off remotely. Thanks for understanding and helping with keeping the bills in reasonable range so we are not forced to add any extra fees on our respective guests 😀

Note: we are privileged to have a "Homeostasis" therapist staying in our place for a couple months for a study she makes, and she generously offered to give 2-hr FREE session to our precious guests. All you need to do is to express an interest to have that offer with your stay when booking and we will check her availability and hopefully, we will make that happen to everyone 🙂
