Here comes the newest addition to our beautiful Alvin's collection.

Piper has a unique design and ready for more family members with its furnished 2 lofts that can fit up to 4 more kids/adults.

pets are our friends so. we allow them but please tell us more about them before booking.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

The space

1 nice size bedroom with a full-size dresser, there's a space for a crib (upon request).

2 nice size lofts that has 2 full mattresses that can fit up to 4 kids/adults. (has to sign a waiver for having kids younger than 10 years old up there)- kids have to be under your supervision.

twin size convertible couch that can comfortably fit 1 adult.

Guest access

you have the whole space for you to enjoy, the playground for the kids to play (monkey bars_ swing set- hammock- 12ft trampoline) and the outdoor big deck under the huge shady pecan tree to enjoy your morning coffee ☕️ or afternoon lunch.

there's a good internet connection in place (info will be provided after checking in)

Our property only has non-smoking cabins. please notice that we allow (NON-WEED) smoking in the outside area but, strictly away from the kid's playing area and NOT inside the property under any circumstances. violating these rules will lead to canceling your reservation on spot and escalating your rules violation to the property manager.

we also allow events if the noise is reasonable and not extended after 10PM.
Max capacity included in the booking is the number of booked guests -no extra fee-. more people will be for extra fee (about $10/prsn)

Check in and out timing is so flexible considering flights timing and other personnel circumstances, but it depends on the availability and cleaning crew's timing so, please reach out to confirm your request and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Animals generally are allowed but it's a case by case so, please reach out if you need to discuss your fur friend's situation but, one rule is strictly applied to all kinds of pets which to NOT let your pet jump or sleep on the furniture.
If we approved your pet, it has to stay on the ground, and we can help facilitating that by providing you with a kennel.

please remember to turn off the AC/heaters when you are out or otherwise, we will turn it off remotely. Thanks for understanding and helping with keeping the bills in reasonable range so we are not forced to add any extra fees on our respective guests 😀
